Atlantic Highlands

Complete renovation, including a two-story addition, kitchen, bathroom and landscaping. It’s located on South Avenue in Atlantic Highlands. Stop by when you’re in the neighborhood.


The original structure had a one-story addition, with a kitchen and bathroom. After the two-story portion was completely renovated (“gut to the studs” as we say in the trade), the one-story portion was razed. A new foundation was built to support the additional load.

High-efficiency, quality materials are used throughout the project.
Throughout the project, the site is kept free of debris and unsightly building materials. With sliding patio doors, the addition will be the beginning of a beautiful backyard.
